The 2.2 in compact profile head fits easily into tighter spaces than traditional impact wrenches, decreasing the need for socket extensions. The 4-Mode drive control gives you ultimate control in numerous fastening and bolt removal applications. Adjust RPM and IPM in modes 1-3 for maximum precision, while mode 4 features auto-shut-off (forward) and bolt removal (reverse) modes. Auto-shut-off mode applies no more than 15 ft-lbs of torque to prevent over-tightening of bolts. Bolt removal mode drastically slows down the RPM once the bolt is loosened for more control. With Milwaukee REDLINK PLUS intelligence, your impact wrench will be protected against overload, over-heating, and over-discharge to ensure maximum performance is achieved.
