The Diablo Steel Demon is ideal for cutting steel studs, steel pipe, and steel sheet and is perfect for most mild steels under 1/8-inch. The triple-chip design ensures a longer cutting life in metal, while the Perma-Shield coating shields the blade against heat, gumming, and corrosion. Laser-cut stabilizer vents trap noise and vibration and stabilize blade and the laser-cut heat expansion slots reduce heat and blade warp. Tri-metal shock-resistant brazing give this blade stronger carbide teeth. The Steel Demon features Freud's TiCo high-density carbide which cuts up to 40x longer than abrasive discs.
