Good small SDS drill
I have two larger corded SDS plus hammers and a corded SDS Max, so I was hesitant to purchase a 20v version because of the sheer power needed for the things you do with these. However, I had a situation come up where I needed cordless (generator in the shop and no power at site), so I purchased this unit, and man was I surprised. While I wouldn’t use for something suited to a much larger tool, it is powerful, and the hammer action is very aggressive. It has become my go-to tool for drilling small holes in concrete, which I must do surprisingly often, because of the convenience and because it does every bit as good a job as my small corded one. If you are still using a hammer drill, get one of these. If you have large corded SDS units, this is also a good supplement, and you won’t be unhappy with the convenience. Be ready with batteries, though, as it drains batteries like it chews through concrete… fast. Flexvolt are best. The pictures are of a 3/8 threaded rod through a 12” thick block and brick wall and the slab bolts on my new Toughsystem racks.

Batteries won't fit!
I've tried everything from the wee 1.5ah batteries to the 5ah batteries, and none of them can be inserted into the rotary hammer. 1.5,2,4, and 5 all exhibit the same issue. I checked the battery slides for maybe some flashing sticking up, but nothing. It appears the battery mounting slides may be out of spec. I could force a battery into place, but a few times of doing that will surely split the rails off either the battery or the tool.
Also, when I opened the box the entire tool was covered in a layer of oil. I'm used to having to wipe down some of the metal bits which are often covered in a protective layer of oil or grease as a moisture barrier, but in this case the whole tool... plastic bits and rubber grip alike, were covered in a heavy layer of oil. Is this an indication that the tool is leaking? Dunno. I surely don't want to keep it and find out it's only going to fail prematurely. As if I could! Being unable to insert a batter pretty much guarantees it would last forever!

Does the job
I bought this after my Bosch corded HD gave up the ghost after a short time. I was a little hesitant of the cordless feature, seen previously as a liability in my eyes based on other’s experiences with wimpy output and short life. I am setting anchor bolts in concrete and with a fully charged 3AH battery it went right through without fail. The hammer only function worksl for setting the bolts as well. I’m impressed by the amount of power in such a compact arrangement. Definitely recommend, but for all-day construction perhaps a higher capacity battery.

great tool did more then i was expecting.
removed tile with easy but not sure how this tool will do for thicker mortar,
great for removing tile that is laid on cement board.
my only complaint is the depth rod broke first time/ made of plastic
