Bahco Tools History
Founded in 1865, Swedish company Bahco made waves in the hand tool industry. Bahco tools were known for being durable and dependable. In the late 1800s, Bahco introduced the first ever pipe wrench and adjustable wrench. Continuing to innovate, in 1983 they began manufacturing their premium line of ergonomic hand tools. Bahco Ergo products are scientifically approved as a way of preventing repetitive strain injuries and increasing productivity.
The Fish & Hook
Bahco Tools began using high quality steel that was used for fishing hooks in production of their first saw blades. This steel was perfect for saw blades because it was hard and tough, but not brittle. The fish and hook logo of Bahco Tools became an easily recognizable symbol for power and quality in saws, wrenches, and more hand tools.
