We will not only Match the price but we will take off another 10% of the difference for your trouble, understanding and support.

We have made every attempt to be competitive. However if you see a lower price on the web, go ahead and place your on-line order with us and our Price Patrol Dept will go to work and verify and adjust on your in store invoice for you. Please note that your Online order and Confirmation(s) will not show these price changes but our invoice to you will. This Price match applies only if noted prior to or with your on-line order.

The only exceptions are:

• If they are closing out the item(s).
• In store promotions/exclusive packages.
• Selling below Mfg distributor cost.
• Items sold out/Manufacturers backorder.
• Specials, Closeouts &/or Discontinued items.

An example of how the guarantee works:We sell a Binford X2000 10HP Router for $448.00 + $10.00 freight and www.inferior-tools.com sells the Binford X2000 for $309.99 with freight.
Us: $448.00 + $10.00 = $458.00
Minus them: $309.99
Difference Equals $148.01

We apply our 10% price guarantee:
$148.01 + 10% = $162.81
$458.00 - $162.81
YOUR PRICE FROM US = $295.19

Note: As our pricing is very low, we must reserve the right to raise a price if the Manufacturer has raised their pricing since the last time we ordered. This is very rare, but it has been happening occasionally, mostly because of the volatility in Raw Material pricing. We will always notify you, before we ship, if this occurs, giving you the option to accept or cancel your order.

Payment and Terms

Our preferred form of payment, is Credit Cards. Wire Transfers and Checks in advance are also accepted, and in some cases may be required.

We do offer Open Accounts to Government Agency's, Municipal and State Agency's, Fortune 500 Companies and most Schools. Terms are Net 30 days from receipt of goods. These situations are best handled by contacting us at the beginning of the buying process, and working directly with a Tools Plus Customer Service Representative.

Note: Occasionally, a competitor might offer Pre-Payment Discount terms (i.e. 2%10 Net 30). If this is brought to our attention before the Order is consummated we will usually offer the same terms
